EPP Security was set up by ex-Prison Officers and ex-Police Officers, this guarantees the highest standards of security due to the unique knowledge that we possess. Our founders whilst in the services, and over several years, have gained the required skills to ensure that we can deliver effective, reliable, robust and legal security solutions that are tailored to the needs of each client. It is this experience that we use to tailor make the security package that fits our client’s requirements. 

All our staff have either an ex-Prison, ex-Police or ex-Services background, staff who do not have this experience are vetted and trained to the model that EPP require. This ensures all staff are trained, competent and legal in their role whilst working for EPP Security.

Staff training is a very important part of what we do, staff are trained in de-escalation techniques, basic law, human rights and negotiation skills. In addition, all staff hold SIA licences and must comply to the exceptionally high standards and customer service standards that are at the core of EPP Security.
